Title: Irish XC NPS Rnd 7: IMBRC Slade Valley 26 June
Post by: Paul on June 15, 2011, 04:10:11 PM: Dublin’s IMBRC (http://imbrc.com/nps/) are proud to host the Irish XC NPS Round 7 on Sunday 26 June 2011 at Slade Valley, Saggart, Co. Dublin.

IMBRC’s 2010 event won “Best Race of the Year” and they again will be serious contenders with the excellent course they have designed and built.

Very fast and flowy, a perfect mix of singletrack and fireroads, rooty sections, bombholes (small ones and a monster!), bermed descents, leg-stinger-kickers, jumps, bridges, swoops, switchback climbs… there’s nothing it doesn’t have.

Make sure you enter the Team Relay (http://www.irishxcmtb.com/2011/06/14/imbrc-team-xc-relay/) on the Saturday to get a good idea of the course for the following days racing.

Please note that the organisers require that you Register online for this event, and also prefer that you pay online also.

There is an additional €5 penalty fee to register on the day!

Priority sign-on will be implemented as follows:

1– Those who have registered AND paid online (€20): Skip up to the front of the queue, sign the sheet, grab number & go
2– Those who have registered but NOT paid online (€20): Stay in current queue position, pay fee, sign the sheet, grab number & go
3– Those who have have NOT registered online (€25) will be moved to the back of the queue/behind the registered people.

** Note that you must have a valid race licence before you join the race sign-on queue! ** (Day licences will be available)

Online payment is available for this race, you can also pay on the day, but you must Register Online (http://www.irishxcmtb.com/racing/event-registrations-by-category/online-registration-form/).

Online registration will close at 9pm on Friday 24th June so ensure to register in good time!

I'm new to the racing and was wondering if I can register for round 7 of the XC NPS even though i'm not with a club yet??? I know i need a license for the day as well but their available at the event.

Yea of course you can....you dont need to be in a club..!

There was about 240 at close yesterday....picked up a few more today too
