Usual CX Spin tomorrow Tue evening. Leaving the Cycle Superstore at 6:30pm. We'll try do a little extra in Tymon Park for the 2nd half with the upcoming CX race there next Sunday.

Cross is coming up fast so time to dust off the CX bike.

Mon evening spin meeting at the Cycle Superstore for 6:30pm.

Aiming to be finished before sunset so you should not need trail lights but its advisable to have flashing commuter lights.

Spins will normally be on Tuesdays but the weather is looking hit and miss so doing it Monday as its to be fine.

Racing / 2019 NPS Rd2 Sun 8th July - Davagh Forest, Co Tyrone

Following the cancellation of Rd1, Rd 2 is now the opening round of this years series and takes place this sunday 19th May in Davagh Forest hosted by Carn Wheelers.

Note:

Best 8 rounds to count towards overall standing (plus hillclimb bonus)

In the case of a tie, it will be decided on a count-back of points scored in last 4 rounds and so on to decide the tie

TK1=Timekeeper 60pts (1st time)
TK2=Timekeeper 30pts (2nd time)
TK3=Timekeeper 15pts (3rd time)
DNF=Did not finish 10pts

Racing / IMBRC Hellfire Hillclimb - 9th April

This years club league season kicks off on Tue the 9th April with the return of the Hillclimb. No handicaps, just a straight time trial with bonus points on offer going towards your overall club league points total.

Kick off is at 7pm at the T-junction opp Lidl
