Title: Getting a licence
Post by: Dave on March 21, 2008, 10:43:53 AM
To get a licence for the first time you need to sign up to cycling ireland and choose imbrc as the club which you will be representing. So first of all, follow the link below:

Cycling Ireland Membership (http://www.cyclingireland.ie/html/site/getinvolved/form.jsp)

Fill in the details, selecting IMBRC as your club, what type of membership you would like (most riders will only need an off road licence) and submit the information.

I will then vet you account with IMBRC and you will be sent a link in an email of where to pay for you licence online or you can send Cycling Ireland a cheque.

Any problems, give me a shout.

Cheers.

2010 Registration
20 Nov 2009

We will shortly be launching our new website in Cycling Ireland - with a new members section. Please can you bear with us for a couple of weeks, and refrain from using the online registration for clubs and members for 2010, until the new website is working.

Thanks for your patience!

This is what it says on Cycling Ireland's website. No big hurry on 2010 licences at the moment anyway. Anyone that has a 2009 licence should be able to ride in the cross champs with it.
