Attended the first aid course today, it was very good, about 30 people there from different sports backgrounds, it's the first one I ever did so learned a nice bit. thanks for organising it Davey

Good course however more of a genera sports injuries while the one last year was MTB specific. Pity turnout was poor considering even was already paid by club.
